Refund policy
Returns and exchanges of the order are accepted within 14 days from the moment you receive it. Warranty return and exchange is at our expense, provided that the product arrived to you of poor quality (the product is broken, does not match the order, factory defect).
The procedure for receiving low-quality goods:
1. Contact the manager to agree on the possibility of exchange.
2. You send us the goods that did not fit or were defective (at our expense).
3. We send a new product on the same day (at our expense).
4. If it is not possible to exchange the product of inadequate quality due to its unavailability, the refund will be made to your bank card within a day.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept delivery, fails to collect the parcel, provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or the parcel is returned to us due to the customer’s inaction, the order will not automatically qualify for a refund.
In such cases, any refund, partial refund, or reshipment may be offered solely at the discretion of Created in Ukraine. Shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, payment processing fees, and any other costs incurred by us may be deducted from any amount that may be refunded.
This policy does not apply where the item was defective, damaged, incorrect, or where the customer has a statutory right that cannot be excluded by law.
